Michigan ASLA Request for Proposals/Request for Qualifications
To have your project RFP/RFQ listed, simply follow the following guidelines:
- 1. Submit a .txt file (Windows Notepad) or .doc (Microsoft Word Document). No logos or letterheads, please.
- 2. Submit to: administrator@michiganasla.org.
- 3. Submit by the 15th of the month and your project RFP/RFQ will be posted by the first of the next month for three months or as requested. (Example: submit by June 15 and your project RFP/RFQ posting will be on michiganasla.org from July 1 - September 30.)
- 4. To clear a listing before the three month period is up, please send notice in writing to the MASLA office.

Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge Gateway
Fishing Access Facility: Engineering and Design Phase
The Metropolitan Affairs Coalition (MAC), in cooperation with Wayne County and the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, is requesting engineering and design assistance to establish a fishing access facility at the Refuge Gateway of the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge in Trenton, Michigan.
The scope of work will include describing all the design and engineering service that will be provided to produce the necessary documents and specifications for the design, bidding, and construction of the Refuge Gateway Fishing Access Facility, including mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil services.
