LA Ride is an interactive, slow to medium-paced bike ride where riders visit locations designed by landscape architects throughout the host city. Through this educational experience, attendees learn about projects of varies scopes and scales, the professionals who worked on them, and their contextual significance to the surrounding area and its population. Every ride includes “Lecture Sites” and “Mini Stops” where planners, advocates, and technical staff give presentations to the group.

 

Dress to ride! Please make sure that your bicycle is in good condition, tires pressured up with running gear and brakes adjusted. Lights and helmets are strongly recommended.
