The Michigan Chapter ASLA Foundation was created to provide scholarships, grants, and aid to students from historically underserved demographics pursuing a career in landscape architecture to further their educational endeavors.
We thank you for your support and generosity
The Michigan Chapter ASLA Foundation Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Scholarship was created to support students from historically underrepresented demographics in their pursuit of an undergraduate or master’s degree in landscape architecture. Our aim is to aid in the development of a more diverse and inclusive generation of future leaders in the profession of landscape architecture, that is more representative of our communities.
The intent of the scholarship is to provide financial support in furthering the student’s educational and professional development, while removing barriers to entry into the field of landscape architecture.
The Michigan Chapter ASLA Foundation Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Scholarship is a one-time award of $2,500, and is intended to offset the student’s tuition at their current accredited landscape architecture program. There will be two scholarships awarded for the 2025 school year.
